Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
The fire trucks may be gone but without proper immediate response, the real damage and the costs are just beginning. It is important to contact a fire and smoke damage restoration professional quickly to prevent further damage from water, smoke, and soot. Our restoration professionals are trained to restore a structure following a fire, and can put you in contact with a contractor to replace any items that have been severely damaged.

Professional restoration technicians know that damage increases and restoration costs escalate the longer neutralization, corrosion control and cleaning is delayed. When homeowners prolong the restoration of their home, they extend the effects brought on by the smoke exposure.
The first step in any fire or smoke damage situation is to remove items that have been damaged beyond repair. We will then clean all salvageable surfaces and items to physically remove odor-causing residue including soot residue and ash left behind from the fire. This is also the first step in odor removal.
Remaining odor is removed with an odor counteractant. In the case of smoke, we use a deodorizing fog that seeks out and combines with odor-causing substances, eliminating them from the home. We will also seal salvageable surfaces that are inaccessible or slightly scorched, not only for aesthetic purposes, but primarily to encapsulate odor and prevent progressive recontamination.
You have the option to use your own contractor or the licensed General Contractor recommended by our firm to replace any unsalvageable items.
